This Montana state website contains up-to-date information on issues concerning educators, parents, and students in all Montana schools. Indian Education Office (Montana) The Indian Education office serves two purposes. The first is to assure that Indian students and communities receive a quality and equitable education. The second is to assure that ALL students leave the public education system with an understanding of the rich history and contemporary issues of Montana's Indians. This obligation is outlined in the Montana Constitution under Article X, Section 1(2).

National Indian School Board Association NISBA's vision is to have empowered school board members, parents, and other stakeholders. The organization aims to support quality learning for Indian students and tribal cultural and economic needs.
