Larry received his A.A. in Gen. Studies from Little Big Horn College, Crow Agency, MT in 1988, his B.S. in Elementary Education: Broadfield from MSU-Billings, Billings, MT in 2002 and his M.Ed. � Curriculum & Instruction: Reading from Grand Canyon Univ., Phoenix, AZ in 2006.

Larry was employed by Little Big Horn College as the Registrar from 2001 to 2003 and as the Dean of Administration from 2003 to 2005.

From 2005 till the present, Larry has been with the Crow Tribe of Indians as the Cabinet Head for the Education Department.�
